Swan & Dolphin: three separate rooms
More bedroom privacy, but no shared living room or full kitchen. These are flexible non-member rates for all three nights. Taxes and the $50 nightly resort fee per room are already included.
Lower prepaid rates and important hotel details
Marriott also displayed prepaid, non-member estimates of about $3,261 for three Dolphin rooms or $3,684 for three Swan rooms. These are rounded rate-list totals, not checkout quotes.
Those prepaid rates are non-refundable after the initial cancellation window and do not allow changes. Member rates may be lower. The comparison above uses the more flexible rates with exact checkout totals.
For the flexible rates checked, cancellation without charge is allowed before 11:59 PM hotel time on February 20, 2027. Recheck the terms before paying. Parking is extra; adjoining rooms are not guaranteed.
What to know before renting DVC points
Disney Vacation Club (DVC) rentals let you request a villa using an owner's points. A calculator price does not mean the room is available. No matching confirmed reservation for all six adults on these exact dates was found in David's public inventory on October 26.
Read the rental agreement and cancellation terms before paying. Ask for the exact bed layout and any accessibility features you need. Six adults fit, but a two-bedroom villa is not three private bedrooms; some layouts use pull-down beds or sofa beds.
The prices here are the rental calculator's total point cost for three nights. Optional services, parking where applicable, and separately chosen extras are not included.

Two park days
One day at Magic Kingdom and one at EPCOT. Start with one park per day, or add the freedom to visit both in a day.
There is no unlimited Lightning Lane pass. Premier Pass is the closest to a simpler experience: one entry per included attraction, in one park, without choosing arrival windows.

February prices are not published yet. These editable amounts are budget placeholders, not quotes or price caps. Totals with Lightning Lane include these allowances.
What each option means
- One park per day
- Magic Kingdom on Friday and EPCOT on Saturday. The official two-day ticket is $376.01 per adult before tax, starting February 26. It can be used on any two days through March 1.
- Park Hopper
- Visit more than one park in a day. The official two-day ticket is $471.01 per adult before tax. A simpler one-park-per-day plan does not need this upgrade.
- Lightning Lane Multi Pass
- Choose up to three arrival windows in advance. After using your first selection, book another, subject to availability. Each attraction can be used once. Some headline rides require a separate Single Pass.
- Lightning Lane Premier Pass
- One entry to each participating Lightning Lane attraction in one park for that day, including Single Pass attractions. No arrival windows. It does not cover two parks in one day and is not unlimited.
- Lightning Lane Single Pass
- A separate purchase for select headline attractions, up to two per day. Not included in the Multi Pass estimates here. Add the live cost later if those rides are important.
Booking date: For an eligible Disney resort, Swan or Dolphin stay starting February 25, Lightning Lane purchasing opens February 18, 2027 at 7:00 AM Eastern. Prices can be viewed up to 21 days ahead in My Disney Experience; availability is limited.

A sit-down lunch on each park day makes a useful break. These are suggestions for six, not confirmed reservations.
Something a little different
A private fireworks cruise
A boat for up to ten people, with a captain, snacks and soft drinks. Disney currently lists prices starting at $499 plus tax per boat (about $83.17 each for six), not a quote for February.
EPCOT cruises depart from Yacht & Beach Club. Weather can affect the trip. Guests using wheelchairs or mobility scooters must be able to walk onto the boat unassisted.
Cruise details and availabilityAn easy arrival evening
Have dinner at the BoardWalk, take a short lakeside stroll, and leave the evening open. Disney Springs is another option without using a park ticket; plan transportation and avoid trying to fit both into one evening.
Dining dates: Disney resort guests can generally reserve the stay's dining starting December 27, 2026, around 6:00 AM Eastern. For a day-by-day booking window: February 26 opens December 28; February 27 opens December 29. Do not assume Swan or Dolphin receives Disney's length-of-stay dining benefit; confirm eligibility.

Travel to Orlando, drop off bags, and get settled when the room is ready. Dinner at the BoardWalk or your resort. No park ticket needed.

FEB 26Magic Kingdom
Start with the attractions everyone wants most. Reserve a seated lunch, then allow a long afternoon break. Return for the evening only if everyone feels up to it; fireworks times are not yet confirmed.
- SAT
FEB 27EPCOT
Take World Showcase at an easy pace with seated breaks and a restaurant reservation. Add a few attractions instead of trying to do everything. A nearby resort makes a midday rest easier.
- SUN
FEB 28Breakfast & head home
Keep the morning open for breakfast and checkout. Airport transport timing will depend on the flights; none are assumed or included in this estimate.
Princess race weekend overlaps these dates. Races are February 26-28, with the half marathon on Sunday. Allow extra travel time and expect extra demand around the resorts. Official race dates
